Please note: Refund is applicable only if the institute fails to provide classes. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
CS Computer Academy follows a conditional refund policy. Students are advised to read the policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund will be provided only in the following case:
- If CS Computer Academy is unable to start or continue the classes due to any internal or administrative reason.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refund will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- If a student voluntarily discontinues, drops out, or stops attending classes.
- If a student is absent due to personal, medical, or professional reasons.
- If a student violates institute rules and is removed or suspended.
- If the course has already started and classes are being conducted as scheduled.
3. Refund Process
In eligible cases, the refund will be processed within 7–14 working days after verification.
The refund will be made through the original mode of payment.
4. Final Decision
The decision of CS Computer Academy regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
